We have all heard, "life is a
book." I am here to assure you, it is indeed true. Every day presenting a blank
page, you choose what to fill it with. A new journey in life becomes the next
chapter. The main characters are folks you pour into and those who pour into you.
The star of the book is...you guess it. You!
You will hear folks say, "Christ is the
author." I disagree. Yes, He is the Creator of your book, but not the author. You choose to live with or against
Christ. My friend, that is your story. Honestly, you will have chapters filled
with both accounts with and against Christ. Where does it return after the
climax though? For or against?

This book is your autobiography defining your dance with Christ or your vogue against Him.
Your autobiography differs from every other human
being on Earth. Christ relationship is as unique as you are. His journey with you
is personal, special and unique. The fact is, even if you are not journeying
with him, He is journeying with you. Ponder on that for a second.
Your book is filled with heart-felt emotion. The
tidal waves of life flow from within the emotions, and circumstances, and consume
the pages. Do not fill your pages with a story not you own--stand out! Write
yours because it holds power that nobody's has. Remember, it is not about the
quantity of pages, but the quality. Years lived in joy, servanthood,
selflessness, faithfulness and honesty are quality. Years lived in selfishness,
judgment and lust are just quantity.
A fascinating aspect to your story: it is being
written and read simultaneously.
The words, actions and emotions fluttering on your pages are full of power, encouragement and lessons. The past pages are written and you are unable to erase them, but you have the current and the future pages that are blank. What will your blank pages hold?
